Payment Information
Payment can be made via paypal only. You can easily make payment with your Visa, Mastercard, or personal check through paypal with or without a paypal account. I will accept personal checks and money orders on a discretionary basis. If payment has been made with a personal check or money order there is an additional 10 day hold time before your order is started or processed.
Shipping Information
As per the item description and/or listing, paper prints take about 2-5 business days to prepare and giclee canvas takes about 3 weeks to prepare before shipping. I use USPS to ship ALL artwork. USPS takes approximately 2-5 business days to deliver based on the shipping method. Please click here for more information on when your order will ship.
Return Policy
There are absolutely NO returns on personalized items. However I do stand behind my work and will do my best to make things right in the event that you are not satisfied. Non-personalized items can be returned for a refund minus the cost of shipping.
In the event that you have a problem with your order you must contact me within 3 days of receiving your order in order for me to be able to accomodate you. After contacting me please make sure that you have returned your artwork within 3 business days. After 3 days, all returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
