Shipping Information

Your artwork is made upon order, hence "custom", therefore it will take a bit of time to prepare depending on what you have ordered.

Please DO NOT contact me via email asking about your order status. After you purchased your artwork a notification is sent to your REGISTERED email address informing you of the approximate shipping time for your artwork.

• Paper prints take about 2-5 business days to prepare before they are shipped out
• Giclee canvas prints take approximately 3 weeks to prepare before they are shipped out

Once your artwork has been shipped out a shipping notification will be sent to your REGISTERED paypal email address. Check your spam folder for this information if it has been past the time frame in which your artwork is supposed to ship out.

Paper prints are shipped via USPS first class mail which takes an additional 2-5 business days to arrive at your destination. Canvas is shipped USPS Priority mail which takes an additional 2-3 business days to arrive at your destination. Please factor these time frames in when calculating how long it will take for your order to arrive to you.

If you have not received a shipping notification AND you've checked your spam folder AND it has been more than the estimate shipping time then do the following:

• Go to your paypal account
• Locate your purchase
• Click on Shipping Status

If there is no shipping status, then your order has not yet been shipped. If your order has not been shipped AND it has been past the estimated shipping date then contact me at KeshiaTSmith@aol.com

If you contact me about your order before the estimated shipping date I will not likely respond unless there has been a complication or some other outside factor has caused a delay in your artwork being shipped.
